Cute but Creepy

I love watching Isaac's dreams play across his face (what on earth do babies dream about, anyway??). It's really creepy to me that his eyes aren't always completely shut, though!! That I'm aware of, neither Aaron or I do that with our eyes. Anna & Jacob never have either. Weird! But he's still really cute :)

Needless to say, the heat, the excitement, and the lull of a car ride put her right to sleep! Now we're home & the kids are playing in the new little pool. Summer is here!!!

What a Sweet Boy!

Jacob was fighting sleep hard tonight, but not necessarily being disruptive. I thought he was asleep so I went to check and this is what I found...

Anna was sound asleep, Jacob had crawled up beside her and was playing with her hair! What a sweetie.

Beautiful Dreamers

The last two nights, Anna has insisted on having her baby bed next to her so she can put her baby to bed!! She feeds the baby her bottle, rocks her and then puts her in the bed and rocks teh bed! So precious:)

The last two nights, Jacob has FOUGHT HARD! :( He doesn't want you to touch him or rock him. He just wants you to sit next to him. Look at how he's all curled up with his hind-end in the air! :)

Sound sleeper

So I go in to check on the kids before I go to bed (which has now been delayed b/c I couldn't wait to post this picture!). And this is how I found Anna...

She rolled out of bed (we just took the little rail off, mostly b/c it was annyoing me!). She didn't make a sound. But she just rolled right out, blanket and all! She didn't even move when I put her back in bed. Maybe all the jumping wore her out!

And Jacob still LOVES

his jumper! He's over the weight limit (shhh! don't tell!!), but he has so much fun. He just goes to town jumping! :)
