Any Help?

I tried to upload some pictures on here and it's telling me I'm out of storage space! Anyone else had this problem??

Why must they change things?!

Any other bloggers notice the changes made to blogger for editing your blog? I had to get a new background and now I can't find where to change my font colors?! Good grief. Just leave things the same! :)
