Tricks to cleaning hard water stains

I just tried using lemonade flavored KoolAid to get rid of the hard water/lime gunk in my dishwasher--it worked! I've also heard you can use Tang. CRL also works on really tough build up. Also, I put some vinegar in with every load I wash and that keeps the hard water residue off my dishes! It works amazingly well. And if your dishes are covered with hard water residue, soak them in vinegar and then wash and they'll shine like new!
